Mom sends him food

The state is under lockdown
“Help each other”,
Everyone says
So mom is being nice
He’s old
So mom sends him food.

He smiles at us,
when we give him food,
He plays with my sister
I watch TV when they are playing
She’s only 7
I think she also likes him
He seems nice
But he is really old
So mom sends him food.

We walk towards that house
The everyday task now
My sister is sulking
She doesn’t say much these days
I wonder why
I’ll ask her later
We need to do this chore first,
He’s old,
So mom has sent him food.

He opens the door with a huge smile
Again
But today he wants to play with me too
I’m happy
So he takes me inside the bedroom
My sister is standing in a corner
I rush towards her,
He grabs me.
I say we want to leave
He doesn’t let us.
I don’t like him anymore
He’s hurting me now
But he is so old and is supposed to be nice!
Isn’t that why mom sends him food?!

We are locked inside,
Scared
I try to save my sister
Take her away from this monster
But I’m too weak
Thankfully the cops are here already
They break into the room
They are shocked to see us naked
My sister walks up to a cop
And she says, “He’s bad, I don’t want to give him food“.
